A four-course tasting menu inspired by the flavours of the Ore Mountains. A delicate carpaccio as an opening, a traditional Czech kulajda soup, and a main course featuring high-quality veal, prepared with a focus on flavour and balance. The experience concludes with a light dessert that elegantly completes the menu.
